SLR Cameras

An SLR (Single-Lens Reflex) camera lets you see the world exactly as your lens captures it, making the experience of shooting on film even more immersive. Unlike rangefinder or twin-lens reflex cameras, where the viewfinder might show a slightly different scene, an SLR uses a clever system of mirrors and prisms so that what you see is what you get. The moment you press the shutter, the mirror flips up, letting light hit the film and preserving the scene just as you envisioned it. This direct connection between your eye and the final image makes SLRs a favorite for photographers.
